Conditions when a warranty can be claimed:
1. A product warranty is deemed as ‘claimable’ when it is done so within the 12-month time period.
2. The purchase was made via the official channel(s) of NODX : Tokopedia, Shopee

3. If a product is damaged within the warranty period, a replacement of the same product will be made free of charge.
4. Repairs are done via official NODX After-Sales Service channel(s) across Indonesia through a Warranty Claim form.
5. A customer’s warranty status is determined by the official After-Sales Service channel(s) by evaluating the validity of the product’s warranty claim, guarantee seal, and purchase receipt.
Conditions where a product warranty cannot be claimed:
1. The warranty claim is incomplete or incorrectly filled due to inappropriate serial number, model, and/or purchase receipt.
2. The serial number, model, or product number has been removed and/or modified.

3. The guarantee seal of the product is in a faulty condition.
4. The product damage is caused by incorrect use and not in accordance with its set of instructions.
5. The product damage is due to customer’s negligence which includes but not limited to:
a. Exposure to liquid
b. Electric current
c. Breaking or cracking due to pressure
d. Mis storage
e. Scratches, rust, stains, or mold
f. External damage caused by daily use
6. The product damage is caused by force majeure which includes but not limited to natural disasters or civil commotion.
7. The product has been modified and replaced by spare parts from unauthorized, non-genuine items by the customer outside of the authorized Service Center of NODX.
8. The warranty period of the product has ended.

1. Fill your Warranty Claim form online
2. Receive a confirmation email from the NODX Support team to deliver your faulty item.
3. Deliver the item to our Service Center for evaluation
4. Our NODX Support team receives and evaluates the item for assessment.
5. If the product received by the team meets the conditions for a Warranty Claim, a new or repaired item will be delivered to you.
Shipping costs will fall under the responsibility of the customer in the process of the warranty claim.
